This product is very tasty and a great detox with no negative side effects. I have been using this tea for over two weeks now and I can tell a difference in my body. The product does not come in separate tea bags so you need to have your own tea balls or bags for use. I can tell that I have more energy and fell a little less bloating in my stomach area. The tea is very tasty and I have the option of adding honey or lemon, but I choose not too. I would go to the bathroom more than usually and would see a slight darker change of color to my urine. Assuming that it;s because of the tea and clearing out the toxins in my body. I tend to have a cup in the morning and then reuse the tea ball with the herbs inside to make another cup. Overall, I was skeptical about using a detox tea, but this tea works and I needed this for a much need bodily detox.
