This maternity support band is great for easing my lower back pain and supporting the extra weight of my baby bump. This band is easy to use and simple to adjust to your own comfort or fit. You can use this band during your pregnancy and also afterwards to help with your post baby weigh. This is also great for those who have had a c-section and helps with waist recovery. There are three straps to make sure that you get the best comfort and if you need it tighter after birth. Overall, the product is a little pricey but it will be worth it during and after your pregnancy. I usually hand wash it and let it air dry. I fear putting it in the ashing machine and it loosing is elasticity. This belt really helps relieve some of the pressures you get from being pregnant and helps ease your day t day movements.
